Responsible Chemistry
We design and manufacture precision chemicals that improve industrial oil processes, aluminium cold rolling operations, and wire drawing oils. All our products are REACH compliant, with several also meeting FDA food-contact approvals. By focusing on formulations with high performance at low dosage, we minimize waste, reduce energy demand, and extend the service life of critical fluids and filters.
Reduced footprint
Lucent develops tailored process additives for aluminium cold rolling mills and wire drawing mills. These solutions ensure stable rolling-oil performance, extended oil life, and optimized production efficiency – reducing both operating costs and environmental footprint.
Lucent’s demulsifiers are a key enabler in oil-sludge and slop-oil recovery. Working with partners across Europe, we support facilities that transform hazardous residues into reusable fuel – decreasing environmental liabilities while creating circular value.
We also supply specialty chemicals for crude tall oil (CTO) extraction and processing, enabling efficient separation, safe handling of by-products, and optimized yield. By combining chemical expertise with Head Engineering’s plant technology, we help pulp mills and tall oil plants meet strict environmental standards while improving recovery efficiency.
