Lube Line

Precision Chemical for Wire Drawing

Lube Line is a line of water-soluble synthetic lubricants, developed to replace conventional mineral oils in demanding wire drawing operations. Designed for high-performance environments, Lube Line ensures cleaner processing, longer equipment life, and an optimal surface finish on the final wire.

How Lube Line Works

Lube Line is formulated from a unique blend of high-molecular polymers, EP-polymers (Extreme Pressure), surface-active agents, and corrosion inhibitors. The polymers provide smooth and consistent lubrication, while the EP components give the lubricant the strength to handle extreme loads during the drawing process. Surface-active agents ensure thorough wetting and effective cooling, and corrosion inhibitors protect both equipment and wire from rust and wear. Before use, the product is diluted with water, typically at a concentration of 16%, to achieve the best balance between performance and economy.

Performance Benefits

• Excellent lubrication for high-performance wire drawing
• Superior surface finish on the drawn wire
• Rust and corrosion protection (depending on grade)
• Cleaner operations with reduced downtime and maintenance

Product Variants

• Lube Line 30 – Standard lubrication for wire drawing
• Lube Line 31 – Extra strong lubrication for demanding wire drawing operations
• Lube Line 35 – Wire drawing lubricant with added rust protection
• Lube Line 36 – Rust-protected wire drawing lubricant with extra-strong lubrication
